Story of Chio Bu

Once upon a time, in a land far far away, there existed the kingdom of Chio Bu.
The Chio Bu had many arms to help her catch the man of her dreams.
Day and night, she dwelled in her playground awaiting the arrival of her Prince Charming.
"Why o why hasn't he arrived?" She whined as she banged her head in frustration.

She hung from bars to help her search far and wide for him..

One day, her helpers spotted someone in the distance...

It's a FAKE Shuai Ge! Nevertheless, he was the man of Chio Bu's dreams...

it is divided into 3 parts:

part 1.
venue: city hall mrt

what are we doing: lunch, walk ard.
(not rly confirmed yet, depends on the photog ppl)

part 2.
venue: amk mrt
time to meet: 3
what are we doing: we will play captain's ball, then go ntuc buy the stuff for bbq

part 3
the finale!
venue: castle green
we are bbq-ing, duh.

20/08 Outing

People... The outing is on Sunday, 2nd March. Meeting at Dhoby Ghaut MRT station at 2pm. We'll be eating lunch there at Dhoby Exchange until around 3+/4. Then we'll leave for Marina Square(City hall). We'll find something to do there(Too ashamed to type what Karen told me). Then ard 7+, we'll leave for Marina Bay. We'll be eating steamboat there. There's arcade, a big field( i don't think you guys want to fly kites right), and a bowling alley there. For the sake of people who live at the other end of S'pore(particularly Serene, Patriot and Clement), we'll leave latest by 9 so they can reach home around 10.

Lunch at dhoby exhange will cost around $7-8(cheapest meal is $6.30). For those that don't know, there's free flow of ice cream and drinks.

Dinner, steamboat, at Marina Bay will cost around $12-13. Its buffet, so eat all you can.

So on that day, prepare at least $25. But do bring more just in case(Bowling? Arcade?).

EVERYONE MUST GO!! Just kidding. But I do hope everyone turns up. We won't be seeing each other very often after this. If, IF, you can't make it, please do inform Karen. If you find it too troublesome to get through to Karen, inform Zheng Xiang(since he's rather convenient, seeing that he's in the same class as you guys).

Changes in the date of the PDG outing

For the sake of our dearest Karen, the PDG outing will be changed to 2nd of March (Sunday) which is an equally auspicious day for class outing. Please make yourself free on that day! Thank you very much.

After much contemplating, we had chosen 2nd of March as the pdg outing. According to an unreliable souce, 2nd of March is an auspicious day suitable to hold class outing. Moreover it is the 2nd day of a new month, it represents a new beginning and hope! Therefore we decided to hold it on 2nd of March which is a Sunday! Please give your suggestions as to where to go. Here are some ideas.
1.Escape (a fun place where there are many rides which after you have taken them, you will show others what food you had eaten for breakfast.)
2.Wild wild wet (where you can show off your spare tire without feeling ashamed.)
3.Bowling, arcade, pool and k-box. (for those who fear of kiddy rides in escape and water)
4.Stay at home and watch doraemon (channel 8 at 9.30 am, in case you wonder)

Please kindly state your preference or give better ideas so that we can make the pdg outing the most memorable one (hope la) !

Hey ppl, I got posted to aj like most of you (:
Ytd I really had a great time in zhian’s house!
Like Wilson said, we were like a great family although I din help much in doing the cooking stuff =x
It was really the best bbq I ever had with my friends!
Let’s hope that we will at least haf someone we know in our og tmr =)

Hey everyone, i am Wilson, the ultimate physic rep. Yesterday (19/02/2007) was indeeed a fun day, one of the best days in my life. No kidding! It is especially good to see almost the whole class there. It is really heart-warming. Some people were playing soccer, while the others were playing cards and busy preparing the bbq We are like a one big family! Then Zi An house is so grand and big. I have the urge to greet his parents as mummy and daddy so that i can be their child and enjoy life. Just kidding la ... I especially enjoy the bbq part when we bbq the chicken wings and stuff, trying to make them as perfect as possible and some of them were not fully cooked yet and we served to the rest of the class. Sorry about that... We are lousy in bbq! The food overall was great, esp the dory fish. (Is it dory fish? Shld be la) It was damn nice la... I was sitting beside the bbq pit and when it is rdy. I ate about haf of them b4 serving to the rest. LOL. I think the guys will nvr forget the trip to the Cheers at yck mrt to buy drinks. 6 guys in total went to buy 3 bottle of drinks. 2 person ride one bike, one person ride one skate scooter. While the others practially ran there. It was damn tiring but unforgettable. Nicholas and Patriot even lost their way back and the guys who ran back were even faster than them who were riding the bike! What a joke! I think the whole 20/08 will never forget ytd! Ytd indeed make us more bonded as a class and allow us to make more frens. Ytd i also talked to a lot of classmates whom i have not talked to b4 and made a lot of marvellous frens. To me personally, PDG 20/08 is one of the best class and classmates i had in my schooling years. Its quite a pity I have to leave you all (I have been posted to vj). I will really miss you all (so mushy, I myself cant take it). All the best in all your future endeavours and good luck! Work hard and Play hard! Keep in touch soon! Farewell everybody!
